RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once the product has been processed (1x24 hours) including order verification, crafting, assembling, quality check, and packaging, we are no longer accept any cancellation of order.
However, as long as the package has not already processed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org that you'd like to cancel your order as soon as possible and within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Don't forget to include your order number and reason why you'd like to cancel.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
For a retunds, refunds or replacements, we only accept the products that arrive in a certain condition:
Wrong item received
To complete your refund, send the product back to the return address and a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
